The communication problem
Daily-care questions recur throughout the week, but explanations can change depending on who is speaking and which material is nearby.
This system gives the team one focused resource for each distinct conversation, a Collection Index for finding it, and a Staff Implementation Guide for using it appropriately.
The resources support professional communication. They do not replace examination, diagnosis, individualized instructions, treatment planning, or clinical judgment.
Designed for the use moment
A clear, pointable visual for an operatory display and a focused patient conversation.
A screen-ready file for practice-owned devices or permitted individual follow-up.
A print-ready page for permitted handouts and in-practice lamination.
Fourteen focused conversations
Use the Collection Index to begin with the patient’s actual question and select the one resource that owns that conversation.
Inside the delivery
The downloadable ZIP includes 14 clearly named resource folders, with all three formats in each folder.
One-location license
One purchase licenses use by dentists, hygienists, assistants, and relevant staff at one physical practice location.
Permitted use includes chairside education, printing and lamination at that practice, display on practice-owned devices, reasonable internal staff access, and sending an individual resource selected by the treating team to that patient.
Volume I · Daily Oral Care
Includes v1.0 and any corrective v1.x replacement files Oral Compass chooses to issue. No update schedule or future-volume access is promised.
Purchases are generally final once digital access has been provided. Reasonable exceptions include duplicate charges, unresolved delivery or access failures, materially defective or corrupted files that Oral Compass cannot resolve, and refunds required by applicable law.
The system provides general educational information. It does not diagnose, select or time treatment, direct medication changes, override product labeling, or guarantee outcomes. Patient-specific recommendations remain with appropriately qualified treating professionals.
